USA Gymnastics gold medalist, Jordan Chiles, flashed a glitzy set of natural diamond grills while she posed alongside her gold medal this week during the 2024 Olympics Women’s Gymnastics team finals in Paris. Her grills featured 4 pavé natural diamond-coated fronts, as well as two solid gold fronts. After all, the best way to celebrate the gold is with more gold…and natural diamonds!
Chiles’s epic mouthpiece was custom-made by jeweler Jimmy Phan, best known as Jimmy Boi of Done Right and Co. Phan has done custom pieces for celebrities and athletes such as Floyd Mayweather, Devin Haney, Roddy Ricch, Flo Rida, Future, and more. Chiles did not wear the grills while she competed, but quickly popped them in just in time for the iconic photo of her, with her glittering smile and gold medal.
All eyes were on the women’s gymnastics team this year; with stars like Chiles, Simone Biles, Jade Carey, Suni Lee, and Hezley Rivera, the team was laser-focused on getting the gold and enjoying every moment of their Olympic journey. During this Olympic season, Biles became the most decorated gymnast in American history.
Biles is no stranger to natural diamond jewelry, as she wore a diamond earstack on the mat during the finals and like Chiles, swiftly changed into some pretty epic bling. Biles wore a pavé goat pendant made by Janet Heller Fine Jewelry which is a nice addition to her diamond Olympic ring pendant also made by the LA-based jeweler. Biles now has quite the stack with her white gold “Owens” pendant which is a nod to her husband, NFL Chicago Bears player Johnathan Owens.
Several athletes on Team USA have already secured medals, many of them making history in their sport. Athletes like Ilona Mahor and the women’s rugby team won a bronze medal, marking it the first-ever win for Team USA women’s rugby. Stephen Nedoroscik aided in securing the bronze medal for Men’s gymnastics, which has not happened in the last 16 years. Katie Ledecky outperformed her opponents in the pool by several seconds, winning another gold medal to add to her collection and becoming one of the most decorated female swimmers in American Olympic history.
We still have a ways to go in the 2024 Paris Olympics, but Team USA is off to a solid (gold) start.
