The Best ‘House of Gucci’ Jewelry Looks, On and Off-Screen
Lady Gaga wears stunning jewelry as Patrizia Reggiani in the film, and as herself on the red carpet.
To say Lady Gaga was born for the role of Patrizia Reggiani in House of Gucci is an understatement. Thanks to her incredible track record jaw-dropping red carpet looks, sporting some of Reggiani’s over-the-top ensembles, diamonds included, fit Gaga like a glove. We cannot wait to watch her on the big screen once again, and potentially win the Best Actress Oscar, once again.
Based on the book, The House Of Gucci: A Sensational Story of Murder, Madness, Glamour, and Greed, the movie follows Gaga’s Reggiani and Adam Driver as her husband Maurizio Gucci as they gain control of the fashion house, spend lavishly, and then eventually sell the brand in 1980s Italy. Murder is definitely involved, although we won’t spoil too much here.

Now, let’s talk House of Gucci’s diamonds. As with everything in Italy—the food, the fashion, the history—the jewelry worn in the movie are exquisite and fabulously over the top. Most of the pieces seen on Gaga are bold, gold, dramatic and Bulgari.
Pulled from Bulgari’s Heritage and High Jewelry collections, we got a glimpse of a colorful choker, a diamond and ruby earring and necklace set and plenty of diamond rings in the trailer. Below you’ll find all of the stunning Bulgari pieces featured in the film plus more opulent necklaces, bracelets, earrings and more spotted on Gaga.
Originally owned by Princess Yasmin Aga Khan in the ‘90s, the choker has specially cut amethysts and citrines set in a triangular pattern with emeralds flanking each triangle, pink tourmalines and sapphires sprinkled in between, and of course, covered in diamonds. The matching earrings are similarly made with amethyst, citrine, emerald and diamonds.
This ruby & diamond necklace and earrings set from Bulgari’s new Le Magnifiche collection features 11 oval rubies weighing 24.92-carats and 77 round brilliant cut diamonds. Thanks to the wonderful folks on Reddit, we’ve also learned that the gown paired with the diamond and ruby pieces is an exact recreation of a pink silk faille gown with a built-in corset from Chanel’s 1987 Haute Couture collection that belonged to Patrizia Reggiani herself.
Also worn by Gaga in the film are two Bulgari tubogas bracelets made in the 1970s: One in gold with amethysts and diamonds and one in gold with amethysts, rutilated quartz and diamonds. Although hard to see in the trailer, we’re sure they’ll make their debut in the full film.
