Kim Kardashian Debuts Impressive Diamond Grill

Kim Kardashian has no shortage of impressive natural diamond jewelry, but the reality star and entrepreneur just updated her collection with a custom grill, which she recently debuted on Instagram. We’ve seen her sport sparkling grillz in the past, but this time she really had our jaws on the floor thanks to the design, complete with opal gems surrounded by small round diamonds.

Designed by Gabby Elan Jewelry, a Manhattan-based jeweler who specializes in decorative dental grillz, caps and fronts, the grill is said to cost $18,000 and has a rainbow essence thanks to the opal center, which is also Kardashian’s birthstone. The diamond halo around each piece of opal is the cherry on top to this spectacular piece. She captioned the post, “new opal birthstone grill alert.”
