Born and raised in Rajasthan, Raghavendra Rathore is a member of the royal family of Jodhpur. Trained in Manhattan, at the Parsons School of Design, Rathore worked at DKNY and Oscar de la Renta before launching his own label in 1994 under the Rathore Jodhpur brand. The brand is driven by a holistic vision of luxury, inspired by the "old world charm" of Rajasthan in India, with a clean and a modern sensibility of New York.
